Adding Cisco CUCM

 Instructions

 

  1. First, add the credentials of the call manager server

    1. Select Tools > Credentials

  2. In the new window, select Add > change the Connection Type to SSH (Cisco CUCM)

    1. enter the User ID and Password. Select Save. Once the credential is added to the list, select Close.

      1. NOTE: The default Entry Type is Default, which scopes all Cisco CUCM appliances. You can change the entry type to a certain network range, subnet, or IP address.

  3. Select Device > Manage Device IPs

  4. Select the Cisco CUCM tab > enter the IP address of the Cisco CUCM > select Add Entry to List (confirm the device is showing in the list to the right > Select Start Cisco CUCM Discovery

  5. In the bottom activity window, you will see the add device status

  6. You will see the two CUCM reports under reports:
