How to create a Meraki API key to use with bitB

  1. Navigate to the Meraki Dashboard https://dashboard.meraki.com/

  2. Enter your username and select Next.

  3. Enter your password and select Log in

  4. You will see the main Dashboard page

     

  5. Select Organization and then select Settings

     

  6. On the Organization settings page, scroll down until you see Dashboard API Access

     

  7. Select Enable access to the Cisco Meraki Dashboard API

  8. Click on the link to go to your Profile

     

  9. The API keys are granted per user. Only one user needs to create an API key for bitB

  10. On the Update your account information page, scroll down until you see API Access

     

  11. Select Generate new API key

     

  12. Copy and Paste your API Key to a safe place. The API Key will only show this one time.

     

  13. To continue, Click I have stored my new API key

  14. Now you follow the steps to Add Meraki Devices to bitB
