How to Add a Comment to a bitB Support Ticket
There are two ways you can add a comment and attachments to a support ticket that has been opened with bitB.
Instructions
If a ticket has been opened on behalf of you, an email will be sent out similar to the one below:
You can directly reply to this email with any comments or attachments.
Alternatively, you can select View Request
You will then be redirected to the support portal. If you have not signed up, follow the onscreen instructions to complete your profile.
Once signed in, you can post a comment directly to the ticket:
