How to use the SSHDebug parameter

How to use the SSHDebug parameter

Step 1:

Connect to the customer’s bitB server.

Note: the SSH Debug file is written to the server. it is in the Programdata directory. (Open file explorer and type ‘%Programdata%’ to access this directory). For standalone installations, the file will be written to %appdata%.

Ensure there are no large SSHdebug files. If so, check the date and if it is an older file, you can remove it.

Step 2:

Access the client VM. Go to the path of bitB that client is currently using. (In this case it would be the 4.2301.1602.1 .exe)

Running this will open bitB.

Step 4:

Once you have captured your SSHDebug file for the specific device, ensure to close out the application and follow Step 3 without the SSHDebug parameter.
