The Device tab contains Device Management and Device Tools

Management

Management contains three Device options – Add, Delete and Remove All

Add

Use Add to add a device manually to bitB.

Delete

Use the Delete option to delete an individual device from bitB.  The device is removed including any historical data for the device

Remove All

Use Remove All to remove all devices from bitB.  All devices are removed including any historical data for the devices.

Tools

The Tools menu contains two options – Credentials and Auto-Discovery

Credentials

Credentials are used to access the network devices.  The user would add the credentials required to access a single device or multiple devices and multiple credentials.

Auto-Discovery

Auto-Discovery is used to add the Seed Device.  The Seed Device is an IP address of a device used to discover other devices in the network.  The best seed device is the device with the most connections to other devices.

Auto-Discovery will continue to discover devices.
