Follow these steps to get bitB running after this error has occurred.

  1. Select Don’t SendSend Error Report to help improve bitB. Or you can select Don't Send.
  2. The bitB main window will open.
  3. Right-Mouse click in the Device List window.
  4. Select settings and then select Database Manager.
  5. Follow the steps under Installation advice and tips (on Page 4Under Installing bitB topic) to configure the database.
