1. Open File Explorer copy the path of the bitB.exe

   

   1. Note: If you have downloaded the exe, your path will look similar to "C:\Users\test.user\Downloads\bitB.exe"

   2. Your path may differ from what is in this guide.

2. Open Command Prompt and paste the copied path of the bitB.exe. At the end of the path, add the ResetDBVersion parameter and press Enter.

   

3. You will see bitB initializing and then the loginProvide bitB Support with the log files to the following link: https://qosnet.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/group/1/create/1 option to login.
